Full of grace and power

Grace is the free and unmerited  Favour of God as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings. It is the Divinely giving talent or blessings. It is freely given by God to any one who wants it. Grace is available for any sinner who wants to change from his or her evil ways and turning to God for his or her salvation . There are many in the Bible who through the grace and power of God were able to achieve their aims ! Examples are Joseph , Daniel , David , Shadrach , Meshach , and Abednego , to mention but few.....

Have you ever considered the secret behind the steadfastness of Joseph in spite of the hatred and bitterness of his brothers? Have you ever thought about what made him to successfully resist the temptation of his master's wife? Such victories are rare among godless youths! Have you ever pondered on what made David,a youth, to fight and conquer a veteran warrior like Goliath? Such triumphs are uncommon among powerless youths! Have you ever asked yourself what informed the boldness of Daniel,Shadrach,  Meshach  and Abednego who dared powerful world rulers and put their lives in their hands  to defend their faith? Such courage is uncommon among sinful youths! Joseph had an encounter with God. He had the fear of God in his heart. He trembled at sin. He asked the sin-laden wife of his master: "... How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God? (Genesis 39:9 NKJV),At a point he literally had to take to his heels, fleeing from sin. An unconverted child would not do that. Remember, before David engaged Goliath in battle, David had been declared by God a man   After His own heart( 1 Samuel 13:14). He had an encounter with God. Similarly Daniel and the three Hebrew children had a close relationship with God( Daniel 3:17). Little wonder they were prepared to burn rather than bow to idols ! The grace for all these indispensable experiences is still available today for those who are willing to appropriate it . "" For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; (Titus 2:11, 12 KJV). It is the primary responsibility of each and every body to tap this grace for salvation . There is no rest of mind for any one who is not a born again . this is why it is important that we should ensure the salvation of our souls and that of those of our house holds . For this grace and power can never be bestowed upon a sinner .
